Active Staff offers a range of free sports and activities on both campuses. Sessions are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Lunch-break friendly sessions are long enough to get you moving and short enough to fit around your daily commitments.

Big Team Challenge - Step Routine

Active Staff are happy to be hosting weekly step routine sessions for all competitors taking part in the March challenge. Follow a step routine led by Celia from HSV to add some additional steps to your daily count! The session will be easy to follow and a bit of light-hearted fun! Metafit is the ultimate heart-healthy exercise and is said to provide better protection against heart attacks compared to other slower, steady aerobic exercises such as jogging that are traditionally done for longer.

In this session, Irene Boham, Occupational Health Nurse Manager and Simon Gray from Physiomed will give an overview of the process of referral to physiotherapy services and what to expect from PhysioMed following your referral.
