Learn from experienced Strength & Conditioning coaches how to perform the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) and derivates of the lifts to aid improving one’s performance of the key lifts which will help you become more powerful and have more exercises in your gym toolbox. Please note: due to the nature of the session and the importance of warm up, you will not be granted access after 16:05 so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time.

One of the most popular Active sessions on the programme so make sure you are early to guarantee entry!
