Karate-do Shotokai

This traditional style of karate encompasses self-defence, fitness, control, self-confidence and improved coordination.

The club are friendly and welcome any individual who would like to give the sport a go, with a fantastic coach who can cater to all abilities.

The progress of dedicated students is demonstrated through regular grading and invitations to attend training schools throughout the year.

The Karate Club has the opportunity to enter participants in to the BUCS Championships typically held in Sheffield in March. More information regarding entries can be obtained by contacting the HertSquad Office.
