Women's Football

Women's 2nd Vs Essex 2nd - 6:4

Women's 1st Vs Cardiff 1st - 3:1

The Women's Football programme is one of the most successful in the University sector, winning the National Premier South League in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2014.

As one of the University's High Performance Sports, Women's Football provides an excellent pathway for players from an international elite level to the community grassroots player. The University if extremely committed to the long-term development of women's football and whatever your experience or playing background, we are interested in hearing from you.

For the elite and experienced player the programme provides an ideal opportunity to represent the University in BUCS, continue to play domestic club football and most importantly, study for a degree and future career.

There is also a second XI, which is open to all ability levels as it offers a recreational outlet for students wanting to play competitive sport. In addition to the representative teams, there is also a weekly social women’s football session run as part of the Active Students and UH Campus Football programmes.

The Women's Football Club compete in the National University League and Cup Programme managed by BUCS.

1st XI: Premier South and Championship
2nd XI: South Eastern Tier 3B and Conference Cup
