Here at Hertfordshire Sports Village we work in partnership with Hatfield Swimming Club, the area’s premier competitive swimming club, to develop swimmers right through from beginners taking their first dip in a pool to National level and beyond.
Many of our teachers have competed at the highest level with Hatfield Swim Club and continue to give back to the sport through their teaching and coaching.
If your child has been identified as the current targeted age and having the potential to become a Club Swimmer, we will have contacted you via email. We would therefore like to invite them to a trial, from which, if successful they will have the opportunity to compliment the skills being taught as part of Herts Sports Village's Learn to Swim Programme, with regular training, to get a taste of Club swimming, whilst still remaining on the programme at the Sports Village. This will give them the experience to decide whether they would like to continue on and take their swimming to the next level.
