Competition Terms & Conditions
The competition is open to all current University of Hertfordshire students with a valid student ID.
To enter, follow us on Instagram: @hertsquadclubsport, @hertsquadactive and @hertsquadperformance, like the competition post and tag 2 friends in the comments.
There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
The closing date for entry is 02/11/26 at 11:59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received.
5 Winners will be chosen at random from entries meeting the requirements.
The winners will receive one of the following prizes:

1 x 12-month gym membership at University of Hertfordshire gyms
Winners will be contacted by Instagram to arrange collection of their prize.
The winners will be announced on the @hertsquadclubsport Instagram Story within 5 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The organisers' decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
