Active Staff offers a range of free sports and activities on both campuses. Sessions are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Lunch-break friendly sessions are long enough to get you moving and short enough to fit around your daily commitments.

Kin-ball is played with a large 4 foot ball and 3 teams at once. The goal of the game is simple; to catch and control the ball before it touches the ground.
