Active Staff offers a range of free sports and activities on both campuses. Sessions are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Lunch-break friendly sessions are long enough to get you moving and short enough to fit around your daily commitments.

Active Staff Update

The number one focus of Active Staff is your health and wellbeing. We are currently working on ways in which we can help keep you moving as much as possible and look after your physical and mental wellbeing during this time of uncertainty and change. We are committed to providing activities for staff for those working from home and on campus!

Please read our Virtual Class Disclaimer before participating in any session. By joining the class your consent will automatically be given.


Live Streamed Classes

If classes in our timetable are listed as ‘Live Stream’, these sessions are completely free for you to join in at Hertfordshire Sports Village. Due to mirrors in Studio 1, you will appear on the camera if you choose to physically attend the class in person. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer before attending the class. Virtual Classes

If classes in our timetable are listed as ‘Virtual’, these sessions are completely free for you to join in from the comfort of your own home.

Christmas Bottle Bag Crafternoon
