Led by some of Hertfordshire’s most inspirational fitness professionals, there is a whole collection of classes to choose from. From Zumba to Pilates and Group cycle to Yoga, there is something for everyone to enjoy and try that caters for all abilities, ages and fitness goals. In person classes run throughout the day and evening, seven days a week. Our amazing instructors are also available on our online fitness platforms 24/7. Giving you the ability to train as much as you want, whenever you want, wherever and with whoever you want! Our memberships really suit all lifestyles.

All group exercise classes take place at the Sports Village gym either in our two fully air-conditioned exercise studios with mirrored walls or on the gym floor for half hour SMASH classes.

All classes are available to members and non-members and included in HSV, Duo Gym and All Inclusive memberships.
