Covid-19 Update:
Due to ongoing pandemic, we are unable to deliver this workshop in person at this time. This workshop will now be a blended learning event, with a 4-hour (09:30-13:30) theoretical workshop via zoom. At a later date (to be decided when covid restrictions begin to lift), all participants will be invited to attend a practical session, to cover the remaining aspects of this workshop. Multiple practical events will run to ensure all participants are able to attend.
In addition, attendance of the blended learning level 1 event will enable you to attend both the blended learning or in person level 2.
This course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge required to build and lead well constructed strength and conditioning programmes through an understanding of how to design, deliver and evaluate periodised strength and conditioning sessions. This will enable successful workshop attendees to prepare fully for their UKSCA accreditation and to seek employment as an S&C coach in a number of settings such as sports clubs, schools or with athletes/teams.
This workshop is well suited for: athletes, sports coaches, PE teachers, physiotherapists, sports degree students, aspiring strength & conditioning coaches.
Pre requisites: Completion of the S&C Level 1 workshop.
Session 1: Online via zoom
