Learn from experienced Strength & Conditioning coaches how to perform the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) and derivates of the lifts to aid improving one’s performance of the key lifts which will help you become more powerful and have more exercises in your gym toolbox. Please note: due to the nature of the session and the importance of warm up, you will not be granted access after 16:05 so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time.

Kin-ball is played with a large 4 foot ball and 3 teams at once. The goal of the game is simple; to catch and control the ball before it touches the ground. Points are given when a team commits a fault such as dropping the ball. Never played before? No problems, come along and learn the rules as you go!

Kabaddi & KhoKho

Kabaddi is played between two teams of seven players, the objective of the game is for a single player on offence, referred to as a "raider", to run into the opposing team's half of a court, tag out as many of their defenders as possible, and return to their own half of the court, all without being tackled by the defenders, and in a single breath. KhoKho is a tag sport played by teams who try to avoid being touched by members of the opposing team.

Flag football is a variant of American football where, instead of tackling players to the ground, the defensive team must remove a flag or flag belt from the ball carrier to end a down, and contact is not permitted between players. If you have never played flag football before or want to learn more about the rules, come along to our Active Beginner session. Based on drills to improve your skills, it is a fun, safe session, to learn the basics of flag football. All Equipment Provided.
