Aiming to provide a great social setting to play football or netball with your colleagues against other staff in our semesterly, structured leagues.

All HertSquad bi-weekly staff leagues will commence from week beginning Monday 21 October.

Looking for a Team to Join or Need Extra Players

Staff are responsible for organising their own teams. Although assistance is offered through our FREE 'Get Involved' sessions at the start of each semester to help teams recruit players or for staff looking for a team to join. Just come along to one of the sessions below with your staff I.D. card:

Reasons to Enter an Active Staff League

Our structured leagues provide staff with the following benefits:

  • Prizes awarded to league winners.

How to Enter an Active Staff League

To enter a team into a league please download and complete the required entry form ensuring all squad players have read the rules and regulations.
 
All football players are required to read the 'adult players' section of The FA Respect Code of Conduct, sign the form and this should be submitted alongside the team entry form.
 
League places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Entries will open on Monday 23 September.
 
Completed entry forms and codes of conduct should then be taken to the HertSquad Office at Hertfordshire Sports Village on the de Havilland Campus with the following by 21:00 on Monday 14 October:

  • Full payment
  • £20 cash refundable deposit*
