Active Staff offers a range of free sports and activities on both campuses. Sessions are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Lunch-break friendly sessions are long enough to get you moving and short enough to fit around your daily commitments.

Active Staff Update
The number one focus of Active Staff is your health and wellbeing. We are currently working on ways in which we can help keep you moving as much as possible and look after your physical and mental wellbeing during this time of uncertainty and change. We are committed to providing activities for staff for those working from home and on campus!
