Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions
The Loyalty scheme is open to all current University of Hertfordshire students with a valid student ID.
The Loyalty scheme starts with the termtime programme on 5th October. A loyalty card stamp will be received when you attend an Active session. Only Termtime programme sessions count towards the Loyalty scheme - Events and Promotional Activities will not gain a loyalty card stamp.
There is no entry fee to enter the loyalty scheme and sessions are free to attend
The Loyalty scheme finishes for the year on 2nd May 2027
Prizes
At 5 loyalty card stamps, participants will be entitled to collect a T-shirt on presentation of the loyalty card at the HertSquad office.
At 20 loyalty card stamps, participants will be entered into a prize draw on presentation of the loyalty card at the HertSquad office.
There is a limited number of Tshirts available (1000) - once these have all been collected, there will not be a restock. Tshirts are limited to one per person
The prize draw will take place every month on the last working day of the month. Once you are entered into the prize draw, if you do not win in your first month, your entry will be rolled over to the next month for another chance to win. If you do win, your entry will be removed from further prize draws.
If you are a prize draw winner, you will be contacted on your university email address. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Prize Collection
Please bring your loyalty card to the HertSquad office during opening hours:
Monday 9-7pm
Tuesday 9-5pm
Wednesday - no collections due to fixture day
Thursday 9-5pm
Friday 9-3pm
Saturday/Sunday Closed
There will be ad hoc College Lane collections which will be advertised on the HertSquad Active instagram.
Session attendance will be checked against scanned data - if number of stamps on the loyalty card do not match the online record then scanned data will take precedence over loyalty card stamps.
Tshirts cannot be reserved for collection. They are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Entry into the loyalty scheme will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
