Remember - our swimming pool will be closed on Wednesday 28 August for lane marking repainting as we continue to make improvements to the Sports Village. This also means there will be no swimming element on Wednesdays Kids Village Day Camp. The pool will be back open at the usual time of 06:30 on Thursday 29 August.
The Squash Club offers opportunities for players of all abilities. Experienced players are able to represent the University by playing other institutions in BUCS, whilst there is also the opportunity to get involved on a more social level. As such, it suits those who are looking for a great workout within a social and friendly environment!
The Squash Club compete in the National University League and Cup programmes managed by BUCS:
Men’s 1st: South Eastern 3B and Conference Cup
There are two weeks of trials and taster sessions which begin in the week following Freshers' Week. These sessions are for new and existing members to train without cost or commitment.
You must pre-register to attend at either the Athletic Union Sports Fair or the SU Fresher’s Fair where you will be given further information.
All members must have signed up to the Club at the end of the two week trial or before their first fixture, whichever comes first.
Coaching will be provided by a fully qualified NGB coach.
