Thank you to everyone that has volunteered and participated at UniRun on a Wednesday afternoon – we hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have!
UniRun was originally planned to finish on Wednesday 27th March but due to the success of UniRun and the commitment of volunteers we have decided to continue UniRun. We will take a small break over Easter and the exam period but return on Wednesday 5th June for 6 Weeks until Wednesday 10th July!
Please spread the message to friends / colleagues and encourage people to take part in UniRun in anyway they would like – hop, skip, jog, walk or volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering or have any questions please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Get Outdoors and get active with UniRun
Join Active Students for a weekly 3.5K scenic route around Ellenbrook Fields behind De Havilland Campus. Take a break from studying and walk, jog, hop, skip or run the route - whatever helps you get to the finish line! There is also the option to be timed each week so you can set yourself a personal challenge.
Participants just need to wear comfy clothing and trainers. We have lots of volunteers around the route to motivate and cheer you on!
Time: Starts at 12.45pm
Location: Ellenbrook Fields (behind HSV, opposite the shuttle bus stop)
Starting weekly on Wednesday 5th June - Wednesday 10th July

Looking for hands on experience to improve your employability?
UniRun are looking for volunteers, it's so simple to get involved and you don't have to commit to every week.
In order to make this an event a success we are looking to create a pool of volunteers to marshall the event. No prior experience is needed, just a smiley face and enthusiasm! There are a variety of roles such as cheering and directing people on as they go around the route, timekeepers and a tail walker!
What are the benefits of Volunteering?
If you would like to volunteer at this event then please email: email@example.com
