Active Staff offers a range of free sports and activities on both campuses. Sessions are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Lunch-break friendly sessions are long enough to get you moving and short enough to fit around your daily commitments.

It's On Your Feet Britain Day so what better way to get on your feet than with our Learn to juggle session. Jess from Showtime Circus will teach you all the handy tricks to get you juggling away. All you’ll need is 3 balls or even 3 pairs of socks, some space and you’ll soon be juggling away. She may even through in a magic trick or two!!

Hitmix Bingo

Hitmix Bingo is a game of luck, no musical taste or knowledge is required! Hitmix Bingo is toe tapping, foot stomping, hands waving fun – and of course we encourage you to enjoy the music and singalong with co-workers when playing – BUT don’t enjoy the music so much that you forget to shout BINGO when you get the winning pattern. You can expect to hear classic hits from the last few decades Songs names and artist are displayed as they are played . You will hear a selection of songs, as soon as you hear a song shown on your bingo card, you mark it off. The aim of the game is to mark off enough songs to get a line, or two lines or full house. Just like traditional bingo!
