Active Staff offers a range of free sports and activities on both campuses. Sessions are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Lunch-break friendly sessions are long enough to get you moving and short enough to fit around your daily commitments.

Please note: due to the nature of the session and the importance of warm up, you will not be granted access more than 5 minutes after the start time so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time.

Relaxation Skills Staff Webinar

The Health, Safety and Sustainability team have organised this Relaxation Skills webinar for adults across all situations. This session begins by looking at the physical nature of stress and tension and the unpleasant symptoms we experience when engaging in ‘fight or flight’. Hear experts from the NHS Hertfordshire Partnership University Foundation Trust explain the benefits of relaxation and take attendees through a number of easy and effective relaxation techniques which can be used in any situation. The webinar includes information about the support offered by the Wellbeing Service for anyone interested in engaging more closely with the team.
