Active Staff offers a range of free sports and activities on both campuses. Sessions are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Lunch-break friendly sessions are long enough to get you moving and short enough to fit around your daily commitments.

Do you want to become more confident in the weights are at the gym? Then this session is perfect for you. Learn the foundations of weight training in a small, friendly and female only environment. Please note: due to the nature of the session and the importance of warm up, you will not be granted access more than 5 minutes after the start time so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time.
