Active Students is so much more than traditional sport. It’s a great way for you to meet new people and experience something for the first time, whilst having fun and staying healthy. All activities are free and you can turn up when you want – no sign up, no commitment, no cost.
So if you want a break from studying, want to see what’s going on around campus or want to meet some new people, then join us at a session.
The scheme is available to all University of Hertfordshire and is totally free!
Just find a session that you would like to take part in and turn up with your Student ID card. Simple.

Active Students and the Dean of Students team have been put together a fun Christmas Scavenger Hunt for you!
You’ll have to use your knowledge of our campuses to find different letters that are positioned around both campuses! You’ll find these using the clues of the answer sheet!
Once you’ve found all of the letters you’ll have to put them together to spell out a Christmas word!
If you complete the Scavenger hunt and return your complete answer sheet, you’ll win a prize!
To start your scavenger hunt visit the Oval Help Desk on College Lane Campus to collect your score sheet and after completing it return it to the Oval Help Desk. You will be given your prize in January. Best of luck!
