Active Staff offers a range of free sports and activities on both campuses. Sessions are relaxed and suitable for all levels of fitness. Lunch-break friendly sessions are long enough to get you moving and short enough to fit around your daily commitments.

Metafit is the ultimate heart-healthy exercise and is said to provide better protection against heart attacks compared to other slower, steady aerobic exercises such as jogging that are traditionally done for longer.

Forest Therapy

Join Steve inside or outside to learn the practice of Forest-Therapy (Forest-Bathing). Which seeks to connect, or reconnect, people to natural environments in order to enhance overall wellbeing. It is a chance to take time-out, slow down, and feel refreshed and rejuvenated by using our whole senses to observe and appreciate things in nature. You just need sight of natural things e.g. garden, trees, plants, birds…there’s no need to bring anything.
